By completing a purchase on homme-plus.com, you agree to be subject to all Terms of Service, including this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates, and carriers, vary by country, region, and your unique Postal / Zip Code. Please access our Checkout page with your relevant information to get a shipping quote.

Shipping Policy

HOMME+ dispatches parcels via different carriers, depending on your location. All deliveries destined outside of Canada, with a shipping rate that includes "CanadaPost" will be handled by your countries local (likely Government-affiliated) carrier after passing through its respective Customs.

All orders include tracking unless otherwise noted.

We do our very best to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once picked up by the carrier, you will be emailed a tracking number.

If, prior to dispatch of your order, you have changed your address or otherwise require a package to be shipped to a different address than the one included with your order, please contact us immediately. HOMME+ may request additional information/identity verification to make changes to your order.

Note that once an order has been passed to a carrier, we are no-longer in possession or control of the order, its routing, or guarantee of its successful deliver.

Undeliverable

Some orders may require signature upon delivery. Any orders neglected or refused will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon the receipt of a returned package, HOMME+ will contact the original purchaser for arrangement of re-shipping (at an additional cost) or may provide the option to issue a Store Credit or Gift Card for the original purchase amount, less the cost of return shipping, any duties/fees, and a possible restocking charge.

If the returned order contains any items that are: sale/discounted/promotional/final sale, damaged in transit, or have been deemed unsellable due to delay in time between order and return, and the customer has not authorized the payment of re-shipping charges, HOMME+ reserves the right to consider these orders abandoned without providing any form of repayment.

Damaged or Lost Items

HOMME+ is not liable for any losses or direct/indirect damage incurred to any orders after leaving our possession. Any issues resulting in transit are to be taken up by you (the purchaser) with the shipping carrier directly.

Taxes and Duties

For all orders within Canada, taxes (including GST, PST, QST and HST) are calculated and applied based on the Province of destination.

For USA and International orders, taxes are not applied to your purchase. However, duties and/or taxes may be applied upon or before delivery by the importing country. By placing an order on homme-plus.com, you accept full responsibility of any additional charges.
